Everforth ECS is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst - NCR to work in Falls Church, VA.
Everforth ECS is looking for a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to support our Defense health organization. We are looking for someone with knowledge of the health sector who leverages data analysis and reporting tools to extract insights from healthcare data, supporting critical decision-making within the military and defense healthcare systems. This role involves applying a combination of technical, programmatic, and soft skills to enhance operational efficiency, improve patient outcomes, and optimize resource allocation within a defense health context.
As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you'll bring your analytical and strategic expertise to work on projects for military healthcare. You'll support clients in the transformation of healthcare systems and large data platforms, and be a trusted advisor to our clients, and can assist in identifying, analyzing, and evaluating complex systems, policies, and processes to evolve military healthcare programs.
Everforth ECS will support the Defense Health Agency (DHA) to include DHA J-6, PEO Medical Systems / CIO, and Engineering, Solutions Architecture and IT Business Analytics (ESA-BAD) Division by delivering comprehensive program management and advanced analytics services to enhance decision-making across critical healthcare IT initiatives. This effort integrates tools such as SEMOSS, Python, R, and AI-driven analytics to develop enterprise dashboards, perform predictive analysis, and streamline reporting and planning activities. We are looking for someone with knowledge of the health sector who leverages data analysis and reporting tools to extract insights from healthcare data, supporting critical decision-making within the military and defense healthcare systems.
Salary Range: $125,000-135,000
General Description of Benefits
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science or a related field.
  • Experience with OCONUS / Global Program Management and with DoD IT systems maintenance and enhancements.
  • 7+ years of DoD work experience.
  • 8-12+ years total work experience in Business Intelligence.
  • Advance knowledge of Tableau, Power BI and other business intelligence tools.
  • Demonstrated experience in handling large data sets.
  • Statistical, analytical, and conceptual thinking skills.
  • Ability to quickly transition and reassess priorities to meet aggressive deadlines.
