Celestar, a B&A Company, is seeking an Expert Program Manager to support United States (U.S.) Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) National Ground Intelligence Center (NGIC) Forces Unified Strategic Intelligence and Operations Nexus (FUSION) task order. ANTICIPATED START: April 2027
PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: 1 Base Year + 4 Option Years
LOCATION: Charlottesville, Virginia
Salary Range: $160,000-$240,000 annually
Actual compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, certifications, security clearance, and contract funding. This position is contingent upon contract award.
CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT: Active TS/SCI Clearance, adjudicated within the past five (5) years

• The Program Manager (PM) who will serve as the primary point of contact and formally designated liaison to the Government.
• Serves as the primary point of contact and authorized representative for all matters related to the task order and is ultimately responsible for the quality, content, and timeliness of all performance and deliverables.
• Provides the strategic oversight necessary to ensure successful contract execution and will exercise supervision and control over the contract service providers performing the services herein.
Required Qualifications and Skills (Must Be Reflected on Your Resume):
• A Master's degree or higher in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
• A minimum of 20 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the
specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
• Experience leading large teams.
• Active TS/SCI Clearance
