Job description

Come join our team! At Unlimited Technology, we are committed to our company's core values of Passion, Collaboration, Innovation and Adaptability. With offices throughout the United States, we are a premier cyber and physical security specialty contractor, and we are growing at a rapid pace. We have a wide range of talented and experienced individuals that deliver cutting edge technology solutions to meet our customers' ever-changing needs. We secure the facilities and networks of the world's leading brands and critical infrastructure and are recognized leaders in the physical and IT security, cyber, and managed services industries. UT offers a rewarding career, great benefits, and the chance to learn and work with ground-breaking technology and premier clients.

Unlimited Technology is seeking a proactive and driven professional to join our Marketing & Strategy function during a period of significant growth and acquisition activity. We are looking for candidates located on the East Coast to support our Executives.

This role sits at the intersection of marketing operations, project management, reporting, and business integration. You will help keep multiple acquisition integrations organized, moving, and accountable by tracking progress, identifying issues, and clearly reporting what is on track, at risk, or requires action.

This is not simply a reporting role. We need someone who investigates problems, finds missing information, and helps solve issues that are within their ability to address. The expectation is not that you know every answer—it is that you can determine what needs to happen next and help move it forward.

Your primary responsibility will be to keep important initiatives organized, moving, and accountable. You will track progress, identify risks, follow up on commitments, investigate problems, and help remove obstacles.

The role provides significant exposure to senior executives, functional leaders, and business operations, with the opportunity to grow into broader Marketing & Strategy responsibilities over time.

What You'll Do

Integration Project Management & Reporting

  • Coordinate integration activities across multiple acquired companies and functional workstreams.
  • Maintain the master integration tracker, including milestones, owners, dependencies, deadlines, and status.
  • Work with functional leaders to understand progress and follow through on commitments.
  • Prepare concise weekly executive reporting on what is complete, on track, at risk, or behind; key blockers; and decisions or intervention required.
  • Identify cross-functional dependencies and surface potential problems early.
  • Translate larger integration plans into clear tasks, deadlines, and next steps.
  • Maintain action registers and ensure decisions and commitments are carried through.
  • Investigate blockers, determine what is required to resolve them, and escalate appropriately.
  • Take ownership of solvable issues, including researching options, gathering information, coordinating resources, and recommending next steps.

Problem Solving & Execution

As capacity allows, support broader Marketing & Strategy priorities, including:

  • CRM and marketing automation implementation and administration, including HubSpot.
  • Marketing performance, campaign, and lead tracking.
  • Sales enablement and content organization.
  • Marketing technology and vendor evaluation.
  • Database and contact management.
  • Website, content, and campaign project coordination.
  • Research and competitive analysis.
  • Development of repeatable marketing processes and workflows.

Skills Required for the Role:

  • Highly organized and comfortable managing many moving pieces.
  • Creates structure when priorities or processes are ambiguous.
  • Takes ownership without needing constant direction.
  • Prioritizes effectively and follows through on commitments.
  • Is comfortable independently contacting people, asking questions, and finding information.
  • Knows when to solve an issue independently and when to escalate.
  • Learns new systems and concepts quickly.
  • Communicates clearly and concisely.
  • Is equally willing to work on executive-level reporting and highly tactical execution.
  • Takes initiative, enjoys figuring things out, and gets things done.

Required Background:

  • Minimum of 3–5 years of professional experience in marketing operations, project coordination, business operations, consulting, sales operations, corporate development support, implementation, or a similar environment.
  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, finance, analytics, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated project- or task-management experience.
  • Strong AI, PowerPoint, and Excel skills.
  • Experience working with CRM, marketing automation, or project-management platforms.
  • Understands how to use HubSpot, Salesforce, Monday.com, Asana, Smartsheet, or similar tools.
  • Strong written communication and business judgment.
  • Experience developing reports or dashboards for leadership.
  • Located on the US East Coast to support Eastern Standard Hours
Pay Range
$85,000—$105,000 USD

Benefits

  • Health, dental, and vision coverage
  • Life insurance
  • 401 (k) w/company match 100% up to 3% and an additional 50% match of 2%
  • Paid time off
  • 11 Paid Holidays
  • Company Equity after 1 year

We are an Equal Opportunity Employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, creed, sex, age, national origin, disability, Veteran status, or any other category protected by federal, state, or local laws.
