Job description

Job Title: Computer Software/Integration Analyst
Location: Remote
Clearance Required: Active Secret or Top-Secret
Salary Range: $120K-$150K Based on Experience

Description
Implements computer systems in a phased approach, requirements analysis and conceptual design, site survey, system design review, critical design review, installation, integration, and testing. Performs requirements analysis, configuration management, software integration, interpretation of test results, and resolution of software problem reports. Lead API integration between the EA repository (Celonis CPM) and customer enterprise systems, principally ServiceNow and SAP, to supply and consume EA data.
Responsibilities
  • - Research and document use of the EA repository APIs (currently Celonis CPM) for supplying and consuming data, with focus on ServiceNow and SAP; identify dependencies and obstacles and produce documentation reusable by other DLA repositories
  • - Test data exchanges between the EA repository and DLA ServiceNow via their respective APIs; meet with the ServiceNow team and EA members to troubleshoot
  • - Implement a proven, repeatable process using the EA repository API to supply and consume DLA ServiceNow data
  • - Perform configuration management, integrate software, interpret software test results, and recommend solutions for unsatisfactory results
  • - Provide solutions to identified software problem reports
  • - Conduct requirements analysis for a range of users and present system designs for user approval at formal reviews (SDR/CDR)
  • - Support life-cycle maintenance, administration, and management of integration components

Required Qualifications
  • - Five (5) years of relevant experience
  • - DoD 8140 / 8570 IA baseline certification such as Security+ CE
  • - Experience in life-cycle support, including maintenance, administration, and management
  • - Secret or TS clearance

Preferred Qualifications
  • - Hands-on Celonis Process Management (CPM) API experience; REST/SOAP integration
  • - ServiceNow and SAP integration experience in a DoD/DLA environment
  • - DoDAF / BPMN familiarity; ETL / data-exchange experience feeding PowerBI or QLIK
  • - Scripting for API automation (Python, JavaScript)
