Job description

Description:

Why LandPro Equipment?

We’re proud to be a trusted John Deere dealer serving communities across New York, Ohio, and Pennsylvania but what sets us apart is how we show up every day.

Our goal is simple, to be the most respected dealership by living our PRO values: Professionalism, Respect, and Outstanding Service.

At LandPro Equipment, our team members aren’t just employees, they’re PROs.

A Day in the Life of an Integrated Solutions Consultant

As an Integrated Solutions Consultant, you’re the go-to resource for precision technology and connected solutions across LandPro Equipment. You’ll work alongside our Sales, Service, Parts, and Integrated Solutions teams to help customers get the most out of their equipment and technology.

Your day might look different from one day to the next. One day you could be working with a Sales team to demonstrate new technology to a customer, the next you could be helping a technician troubleshoot a precision technology issue or training a group of employees on a new John Deere solution.

You’ll spend time with customers learning about their operation, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize equipment performance. You’ll also travel between LandPro locations to provide training, technical support, and help our teams stay up to date as technology continues to evolve.

This is a role for someone who enjoys technology but also enjoys people. You’ll need to be comfortable explaining complex technology in a way that makes sense, solving problems when things don’t go as planned, and helping both our customers and our teams find solutions that work.

Every day is different, but the goal is always the same: help our customers get more from their equipment and help our teams confidently support the technology behind it.

What You’ll Do

As an Integrated Solutions Consultant, you will:

· serve as a technical resource for John Deere precision technology, connected support solutions, and other aligned technologies

· partner with Sales and Service teams to support customer technology needs, demonstrations, installations, and troubleshooting

· work with customers to understand their operation and recommend technology solutions that improve performance, efficiency, and productivity

· develop and deliver technology training for employees, technicians, and customers

· coordinate customer technology clinics and technician training throughout the year

· help our Sales, Service, Parts, and other dealership teams understand and effectively support precision technology products

· support the adoption of new technology and product offerings across the dealership

· monitor expert alerts and diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) and provide guidance to customers and service teams when additional support or repairs are needed

· work closely with the service team to ensure precision technology installations and repairs are completed efficiently

· assist with equipment demonstrations and technology implementation alongside Sales and Service

What You Bring

You’ll be a great fit for this Integrated Solutions Consultant role if you:

· enjoy technology and finding practical solutions to problems

· like helping people understand how technology can make their work easier and more efficient

· can take complex technical information and explain it in a way that makes sense to others

· enjoy working with both customers and internal teams

· are comfortable troubleshooting, analyzing problems, and figuring out next steps

· stay organized while managing multiple projects, locations, and priorities

· build strong relationships and communicate confidently with people at all levels

· are comfortable working independently while also being part of a larger team

· are willing to travel between LandPro locations and customer sites

· are flexible when customer or business needs require additional support

What You Need to be a LandPro Integrated Solutions Consultant:

· experience in dealership sales, service, training, precision technology, agriculture, or a related field

· knowledge of electrical systems and wireless communication technologies

· strong organizational, analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills

· ability to use Microsoft Office and other standard desktop and internet-based applications

· ability to work flexible hours and travel between store locations and customer sites

It’s a plus if you have:

· experience with John Deere precision technology or connected support solutions

· experience working with agricultural equipment technology

· Certified Crop Advisor (CCA) certification or equivalent

· an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Business, Agricultural Mechanization, or a related field

· experience providing technical training or customer technology support

· experience working across Sales, Service, Parts, and other dealership departments
