We are hiring Industry Podcast Hosts to become the face of a specific business vertical.

You will spend your day interviewing successful entrepreneurs, learning how they built their businesses, building meaningful relationships, and identifying opportunities to help them grow.

This role combines podcast hosting, networking, relationship building, and business development.

This is not a traditional sales role.

Responsibilities

Podcast Hosting

  • Conduct 4–6 podcast interviews per day
  • Complete approximately 120 interviews per month
  • Research guests before interviews
  • Lead engaging 30-minute conversations
  • Create an exceptional guest experience

Relationship Building

  • Build relationships with business owners and entrepreneurs
  • Become a trusted connector within your industry
  • Follow up with guests after interviews
  • Create long-term business relationships

Business Development

  • Identify opportunities where Sphere Rocket can help guests grow
  • Introduce qualified guests to the appropriate team members
  • Track all guest interactions inside our CRM
  • Generate revenue through relationships built on the podcast

Compensation

Base Salary

$60,000 Per Year

Commission Structure

In addition to your base salary, you will earn commissions on revenue generated from guests you personally interview and introduce into the Sphere Rocket ecosystem.

You will receive:

10% of all revenue generated from your podcast guests.

Eligible products include:

  • White Label Partnerships
  • Affiliate Partnerships
  • Future Sphere Rocket products and services

Examples

Virtual Assistant Client

  • Client purchases $12,000 in services
  • Host earns $1,200 commission

White Label Partner

  • Partner purchases $18,000 program
  • Host earns $1,800 commission

Affiliate Partner

  • Partner purchases $6,000 program
  • Host earns $600 commission

Relationship Ownership

Hosts receive credit for the relationships they create.

If a guest becomes a client after appearing on your podcast, you receive commission credit for that relationship.

We want our hosts focused on building genuine long-term relationships, not chasing transactions.

No Commission Cap

There is no cap on earnings.

The better relationships you build, the more you earn.

Performance Expectations

Monthly Targets

  • 120 podcast interviews completed
  • Minimum of 6 sales generated per month
  • CRM maintained accurately
  • Guest follow-up completed consistently
  • Positive guest satisfaction ratings

Annual Targets

  • 1,440 podcast interviews
  • 72 sales annually
  • $864,000+ in attributed revenue

Expected Earnings at Target Performance

  • $60,000 Base Salary
  • Approximately $86,400 Annual Commission

Total Expected Earnings

$140,000+ Per Year
