Overview
As an Insurance Telemarketing Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact between our agency and prospective customers. Your goal is to contact prospective leads and set appointments for our licensed agents through outbound calls, text, and email follow-ups. The ideal candidate will be an upbeat and tenacious people-person who is willing to make many calls a day.
Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided lead lists
  • Introduce and promote auto, home, life, and health insurance products
  • Schedule appointments with one of our licensed agents
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and outcomes
  • Follow up with interested leads through phone, text, and email to nurture opportunities
  • Achieve or exceeds performance goals
  • Provide excellent customer service when listening to customer needs
Qualifications
