Jada Ashbacher Allstate Insurance Agency is looking for a high-energy, competitive, and motivated Telemarketer / Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is confident on the phone, enjoys starting conversations, and knows how to turn opportunities into results.

We are seeking someone who is ambitious, outgoing, career-oriented, and ready to help grow the agency through consistent outbound calling, strong customer interaction, and sales support. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are driven by goals, this could be a strong fit.

Responsibilities
  • Make a high volume of outbound calls to prospective customers
  • Generate leads and set appointments for the agency
  • Identify customer needs and introduce appropriate insurance products and services
  • Build rapport quickly and create new customer relationships
  • Follow up with warm and cold leads
  • Maintain accurate call notes and pipeline activity
  • Support agency sales goals through strong phone performance and persistence
  • Provide excellent customer service on every interaction
Requirements

  • Comfortable spending most of the day on the phone
