We are seeking a passionate, self-driven, Insurance Lead Account Manager / Customer Service Representative to service our existing clients and new customers. As a full-time Insurance Customer Service representative / Account Manager , you will be the primary person servicing the needs of existing clients, cross sell other products and assist the principal agent in placement of all new business policies. Insurance Customer Service representatives / Account Manager candidates should possess good computer skills and friendly professional phone etiquette.

Responsibilities
  • Process customer policy renewal, change requests, handle claim calls, complete certificates of insurance, process payments, and solicit new business by account rounding & new prospect calls/emails.
  • Respond to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within a specified timeframe.
  • Preparing insurance quotes, applications and securing all trailing documents from customers.
  • Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
  • Document each customer contact and activities in online management system.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, Maintain client relationships, Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems to maintain client retention.

Requirements
  • A 440 or 2044 or 220 Property & Casualty license is required.
  • Minimum 2 year experience. (On-Site position)
  • Have an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude and be results driven.
  • Excellent Communication/interpersonal & computer skills.
  • Must have ability to work with web based agency management system and company portals.
  • Follow through and exceed current and prospective client expectations.
