Our family owned and operated Allstate office in San Carlos has been here for 40 years. We have deep relationships with our clients and work every day to help them do the best job they can do to protect themselves from everyday risk. We have been honored twice with the Agency Achievement Award (given by Allstate to one agency in CA) as well as Best In Company in 2016 (an award given by Allstate to only one agency in the country). You will be able to learn and become a part of one the best!

Responsibilities will include:
·         Answering phone calls

·         Calling current customers – You will proactively call our customers with payment reminders and other concerns.
·         Customer service – Your primary role will be working with our customers on their insurance needs such as sending them insurance documents, taking payments and making requested changes.
·         Maintaining client relationships – Reviewing current policies with current customers to ensure they are happy with their experience and policy form our office.
