Title: Licensed Sales Producer
Company: Allstate - Blue Horizon Insurance Agency 
Location: Windsor, CO
Job Type: Full-Time – In Office or Remote
Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Licensed Sales Producer to join our Allstate Insurance Agency team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business, building relationships with clients, and helping individuals and families protect what matters most. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, customer-focused, and has an active Property & Casualty insurance license.
Key Responsibilities
• Generate new business by identifying and prospecting potential customers through referrals, networking, and lead sources
• Conduct insurance needs assessments and recommend appropriate coverage options
• Quote and sell Allstate insurance products including auto, home, renters, and umbrella policies
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and cross-selling opportunities
• Follow up with leads and maintain an active sales pipeline
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance metrics
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the agency management system
• Stay current on Allstate products, services, and underwriting guidelines
Qualifications
• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License required
• Prior insurance sales or related sales experience preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset
• Comfortable with prospecting, cold calling, and networking
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
• Strong desire to make a six-figure income
