Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for our personal lines insurance clients.

Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in person with a friendly and professional demeanor.

Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, and billing inquiries.

Explain policy coverage and endorsements clearly and concisely.

Process endorsements, cancellations, and new business applications accurately.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction.

Collaborate with producers to provide exceptional client service throughout the insurance lifecycle.


Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others.

Previous experience in customer service or the insurance industry is a plus.

Massachusetts Property and Casualty Insurance License (preferred, but willing to train the right candidate).
