We are seeking an Account Manager to join our team at Koerber Pharma Software, Inc. The Account Manager is responsible for managing regional client relationships, driving account growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to align customer needs with Korber's solutions.

Your role in our team 
  • You will own and manage a portfolio of regional accounts 
  • Develop account plans and drive renewals, upsells, and cross-sells for our strategic accounts 
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer communications and escalations 
  • You will collaborate with Sales Engineers and Product teams to deliver value-based solutions 
  • Monitor account health and proactively address risks or opportunities 
  • Represent Korber at regional industry events and client workshops 
 Your profile 
  • You have a 2 - 4 years of experience in account management or customer success 
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and build long-term relationships 
  • Strong understanding of pharma or life sciences industry preferred 
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills 
  • Strong organization and time management abilities 
  • You are comfortable with CRM tools and digital communication platforms 
  • Able to work collaboratively across teams and departments; global experience is a plus 
  • Prior experience in software sales or life sciences is a plus 
  • Your bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, or related field is preferred
