Sales Account Executive Position Summary:

Sales Account Executives are responsible for developing new business relationships within the Title Insurance Industry, while maintaining existing clientele. They positively represent the Company's mission and service-driven approach in all cold-calling and in-person networking attempts. The ideal candidate already has existing relationships with Real Estate Agents, Lenders, Builders, or Attorneys.  They are also comfortable tapping into new markets. This position requires strong communication, relationship-building, and technical sales skills.


Sales Account Executive Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop new client relationships and secure orders from new customers.
  • Build a robust sales pipeline by converting leads into closed deals.
  • Properly tracking prospects throughout the sales lifecycle.
  • Meet or exceed pre-set sales goals; demonstrate a go-getter and intrinsically motivated mentality.
  • Attend and participate in real estate, title, and industry-related functions.
  • Communicate proactively with clients and respond promptly to exceed client expectations.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned by supervisor(s).


Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or higher preferred.
  • Title Producer License will be required after completion of 90 days, if not already obtained.
  • 1-3 years of prior experience as an Account Executive or Sales Representative for a title company or similar real-estate entity required; 4+ years of prior experience preferred.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to influence others with strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and meeting deadlines.
