  • Present insurance solutions tailored to individual client needs
  • Work closely with carrier partners to secure the best outcomes
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Help create an experience that drives loyalty, referrals, and long-term relationships

What We're Looking For
We're looking for an insurance professional who combines industry expertise with a passion for helping clients navigate important coverage decisions. You'll be successful in this role if you:
  • Hold an active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license preferred
  • Have at least two years of personal lines insurance account management experience
  • Possess a strong understanding of insurance products, coverages, rating procedures, underwriting guidelines, and industry operations
  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills
  • Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, with confidence and professionalism
  • Can analyze client needs, present coverage options, and recommend solutions that provide meaningful protection
  • Have the ability to resolve complex customer issues with tact, urgency, and sound judgment
  • Are highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Are comfortable using agency management systems and other technology tools to support client service and account management
  • Take ownership of your work while collaborating effectively with teammates and carrier partners

What's In It For You?
  • Competitive compensation
  • Comprehensive benefits package
  • Paid professional development and continuing education
  • Career growth opportunities within a growing organization
  • A supportive, team-oriented culture
  • The stability of a respected industry leader
