ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As Insurance Account Representative for Sean Morton State Farm, you are vital to our daily business operations and customersโ€™ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you improve your community. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide information about insurance products and services.
  • Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
  • Property & Casualty license preferred, or willingness to obtain one.

Compensation:

$60,000-$75,000 per year

Compensation includes a performance-based commission structure. Additional compensation details can be discussed during the interview process.
