Our insurance agency is located in Littleton, Colorado and we are growing rapidly! Our agency provides Auto, Home, Business, and Life insurance to help protect our clients and their assets. We are among the top 1% in Farmers agencies for new business production and are looking for experienced and licensed sales agents looking to advance their own career and income potential!

A: We help with your insurance licensing. If we decide to move forward, we will help with the pre-licensing education material you'll need and assist you with obtaining your licenses. We do prefer licensed and experienced candidates.

Job Responsibilities for the Insurance Account Manager:

  • Speak with potential clients, develop insurance quotes, present sales proposals, and earn client's business
  • Establish and maintain a sales pipeline
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly client support

  • Cross-Sell existing clientele additional lines of business

Requirements

Qualifications for the Insurance Account Manager:

  • Sales experience or a client-facing background is a huge plus
  • Insurance experience is greatly preferred, but not required
  • Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability, and ethical behavior
  • Must be coachable with a growth mindset
  • Excellent communication skills: written, conversational, and listening
  • Must be able to obtain insurance licensing compliant with the Colorado Department of Insurance regulations
