Job description

We're currently seeking an InsideSales Representative to join our team in Edmonton. 

The Inside Sales Representative plays a key role in supporting customers and driving sales of building supplies. This position manages inbound inquiries, prepares quotes, processes orders, and provides product knowledge to contractors, builders, and retail clients. Working closely with the operations and outside sales teams, the Inside Sales Representative ensures accurate inventory information, timely order fulfillment, and exceptional customer service.

Monday - Friday + rotating Saturdays

Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • Sales experience and/or experience in the building supply industry is an asset.
  • Quick learning capabilities.
  • Excellent customer service.
  • Excellent communication (both verbal and written), presentation and negotiation skills are required.
  • Superior attention to detail
  • Positive attitude and a desire to succeed within a team environment are very important.
