Job DescriptionRenesas is seeking a Senior Director / Head of AI Infrastructure Sales to lead global commercial strategy and execution for our AI infrastructure segment. This role will drive revenue growth across data center, edge AI, and intelligent infrastructure markets by building a scalable sales motion, strengthening strategic partnerships, and positioning Renesas as a key enabler of AI-driven systems.
This is a high-impact leadership role at the intersection of semiconductors, AI, and next-generation computing platforms.

The expected annual pay range for this position is $200,000 - $330,000. This position is also eligible for bonus opportunities. Please note that final offer amount will be dependent on geographic location, applicable experience, and skillset of the candidate.
