Genesis Computers is seeking an experienced IT Systems Analyst to join our team in Suwanee, GA. 

We are a small but mighty Managed Service Provider based in Suwannee, GA providing varying levels of support to customers throughout the United States.  We are looking for a highly motivated, technically minded IT Systems Analyst to join our team!  Our group is very collaborative and team oriented.  We strongly believe that ‘communication is key’ with both our customers and inside our own team. 

In this position you will resolve technology-related issues for a wide variety of customers, with constant exposure to new challenges. While this is a good opportunity for growth, this is not an entry level position. We are seeking candidates with a STRONG technical support background.

•    $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year – based on experience

Job Responsibilities:

•    Resolve issues for clients via phone, in person, or electronically.

•    Providing technical assistance with computer hardware and software, VoIP phones, mobile devices, peripherals.

•    Deployment of new systems to include system imaging, hardware and OS updates, software installation, etc.

•    Account security maintenance using on-prem Active Directory and Azure AD.

•    Servers and Workstation maintenance to include back-ups, patching, storage issues

•    Security, A/V, EDR administration

•    Troubleshoot network & system issues as needed

•    Monitor active network and server infrastructure

•    Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment

•    Execute sensitive data backup and restoration procedures

•    Document all technical procedures and user guides update as needed

•    Recommend hardware and software improvements

•    Track customer issues and resolutions

Qualifications:

•    Previous experience with a Managed Service Provider

•    Self-motivated team player willing to collaborate and help where needed

•    Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills

•    Good working knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD, Microsoft 365 Admin Portal

•    Knowledge of TCP/IP and data protocols

•    Ability to prioritize and multitask, deadline and detail-oriented

•    Positive and professional demeanor
