Job description

Pay rate: $22/hour ($24 for bilingual –Spanish/English) PLUS opportunity of earning monthly bonuses and quarterly raises.

PLUS: $2/hour bonus for working 85% of scheduled hours and $1 extra shift differential for 11:30am-8:00pm schedule.

Schedules:

Training is Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 5:00pm.

Training will be conducted at our Smyrna Center for six weeks.

Production schedule is within Monday-Friday 8:00am – 8:00pm, closed most major holidays

We are searching for polite, professional Customer Service Agents to represent our clients professionally by providing remarkable service to our customers via phone. The Customer Service Agent may handle a high volume of inbound calls for an energy provider, assist with billing, service request, payment arrangements, and potential up sale component.

Requirements

  • Hardwired internet connection (ability to connect to their router directly with an Ethernet cord)
  • Minimum download speed of 10 mpbs and upload of 5 mpbs.
  • One year of customer service experience preferred in a transaction-based environment such as a call center, retail, hospitality, demonstrating ability to be empathetic and compassionate
  • Problem solving skills.
  • High School Diploma or GED/equivalent

Responsibilities

  • Strive for first call resolution and take true ownership of customer needs and issues.
  • Communicate and follow instructions for one call customer resolution.
  • Answer inbound calls and greet customers with energy and enthusiasm.
  • Build lasting relationships with clients, customers, and other call center team members based on trust and reliability.
  • Understand and strive to meet or exceed call center metrics while providing excellent and consistent customer service.
  • Meet department productivity and quality standards.
