The Four Seasons Resort Lāna'i is looking for an In Room Dining Server who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. WHAT YOU'LL DO
The In Room Dining Server provides exceptional service by delivering food, beverages, and amenities to guest rooms with professionalism and attention to details Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Deliver exceptional in-room dining service by accurately delivering orders, verifying guest requests, accommodating dietary restrictions and allergies, and ensuring food quality, presentation, and temperature standards are maintained

  • Provide knowledgeable and personalized guest service by explaining menu offerings, anticipating guest needs, responding to inquiries, and creating a warm and professional in-room dining experience

  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and operational readiness of in-room dining equipment, service areas, guest corridors, and workspaces, including setup, breakdown, sanitation, and restocking of supplies

  • Deliver guest amenities and special requests in a timely manner, ensuring proper presentation, accuracy, and adherence to brand standards

  • Coordinate tray and dishware retrieval, promptly removing used service items from guest rooms and hallways to maintain a seamless guest experience

  • Accurately process guest checks, room charges, signatures, and billing adjustments in accordance with established procedures and accounting standards

WHAT TO BRING
  • Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States

  • The hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day and scheduled days and times may vary based on need. Holidays and weekends availability is required.

  • Required by the Hawaii State Department of Health to obtain a Tuberculous (TB) clearance card and Hawaii Food Handler's Card

  • Maui Liquor Card Preferred, but not required

  • Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and push/pull as needed during shifts
