We are currently seeking an M Club/In Room Dining Server (IRD)  - PT who is passionate about the food and beverage experience.

Here is what you will be doing each day as an M Club/In Room Dining Server (IRD);
• You'll be the go-to person for guest in-room dining.
• You'll take their orders, relay special requests to the kitchen, and ensure everything is delivered just right.
• Using your excellent phone etiquette, you'll gather all necessary details to process orders smoothly.
• You'll also use our point-of-sales system to communicate and verify orders with the kitchen, making sure every detail is perfect.
• Additionally, you'll coordinate and promptly deliver amenities, ensuring guests have everything they need for a great stay.

We're looking for someone with Food Safe and Serving It Right certification, excellent communication and guest service skills, and a team player who can also work independently. Flexibility is a must, as our schedule includes weekends and holidays as well as weekdays. You must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
