Job description

JF Restaurants is looking for an experienced In-Room Dining Server at the Wall Street Hotel.
The In-Room Dining Server will serve guest during their stay at the Wall St. Hotel. This person will ensure In-Room Dining services run smoothly, while upholding the quality of food and beverages. 
Responsibilities:
  • Receive guests' orders, deliver and collect food and beverages from guest rooms
  • Demonstrate expertise of all food and beverage menu items with knowledge of all ingredients and preparations
  • Deliver food and beverage orders to guests’ rooms while upholding company standards
  • Consistently follow steps of service with efficiency and grace, while maintaining a sense of urgency throughout service
  • Maintain accurate set up and delivery of all food and beverage orders according to company standards and procedures
  • Anticipate guest needs, ensuring constant communication with colleagues, management, and the kitchen at all times during service
  • Respond to guest needs, questions and issues in a timely manner to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain the high standards of cleanliness and appearance throughout all areas of the restaurant both before, during and after service
  • All other responsibilities assigned by Management
Qualifications:
  • Must have open availability.
  • Must have experience in a luxury hotel environment or similar restaurant setting.
  • Must work well in a team dynamic
  • Positive, engaging, and energetic personality
  • Ability to carry, push, and pull up to 25 lbs. Standing, bending and lifting is required
  •  Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English
