Job description

We are looking to add a Room Service Attendant to our team. This is a great opportunity to be a part of an organization that believes our team members are our most important resource and therefore take great pride in selecting individuals that help us to achieve our company’s mission.

Responsibilities:

  • Take orders either by phone or pre-order
  • Deliver food to guest rooms in a timely manner
  • Patrol guest floors, public walkways and time share public space for dirty trays
  • Restock room service supplies
  • Keep room service prep area neat and organized
  • Assist restaurant with bussing and hosting when room service is slow
  • Organize and deliver room amenities
  • Adhere to the rules and regulations of the company as defined in the employee handbook
  • Always wear appropriate uniform provided by company policy

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED a plus but not required
  • Previous experience a plus
  • Must have courteous phone skills and the ability to take accurate messages
