General Statement of Duties:
Provides exceptional service to card room members by supporting daily operations, maintaining an organized and welcoming environment, and assisting with all aspects of card play and programming.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage check-in procedures for card room reservations, ensuring accuracy and a seamless member experience
  • Set up and maintain snack and beverage stations in accordance with department standards
  • Assist with the setup and breakdown of card games, lessons, and scheduled programming
  • Provide attentive, courteous service to members throughout hours of operation
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of all card room areas, including tables, chairs, and service stations
  • Monitor and restock supplies as needed to support daily operations
  • Ensure all equipment and materials are properly stored and maintained
  • Support team members and management with additional tasks as needed
  • Uphold all club policies, procedures, and service expectations at all times

Minimum Qualifications:
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Friendly, professional, and service-oriented demeanor
