- Manage check-in procedures for card room reservations, ensuring accuracy and a seamless member experience
- Set up and maintain snack and beverage stations in accordance with department standards
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of card games, lessons, and scheduled programming
- Provide attentive, courteous service to members throughout hours of operation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all card room areas, including tables, chairs, and service stations
