Bartender - Job DescriptionPosition Overview

Delta Hotels by Marriott is seeking a fun, energetic, and customer-focused Bartender to join our team. This role is ideal for an individual who is passionate about hospitality, committed to delivering outstanding guest experiences, and eager to learn Marriott brand standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all guests in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Prepare and serve beverages in accordance with hotel and Marriott brand standards.
  • Learn and execute Marriott signature cocktails accurately.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and service areas.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations.
  • Engage with guests to create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
