Compensation: $18.00 per hour + Tip Share

Felt Poker Room & Lounge is a brand new, state-of-the-art entertainment hub in Des Moines, Washington. We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated employees to operate our cage. The Cage Cashier’s responsibilities include processing numerous transaction types within the room, operating the cage according to internal controls and WSGC requirements and ensuring courteous and respectful customer service to provide an unforgettable experience for all guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote positive customer relations by greeting customers warmly and demonstrating exemplary customer service skills.
  • Process customer transactions at the cage window.
  • Stock chip banks and issue banks to personnel according to internal control procedures.
  • Cash checks according to internal control policies and WSGC regulations.
  • Ensure accurate and proper completion of all paper and digital forms.
  • Effectively operate all cage technology systems. (NRT Financial, InsightCash by CCT)
  • Audit games daily and change games as needed. (Pull Tabs)
  • Assist in other duties and responsibilities as requested.
  • Requirements:
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Working knowledge of cash handling and knowledge of WSGC Gambling regulations and rules.
  • Previous experience with cash handling preferred.
  • Two years of prior customer service experience preferred.
  • Previous experience with cage management systems preferred.
  • Effectively operate TabWizard POS.
  • Ability to interface effectively with coworkers in a small space.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail is necessary for completion of regulatory forms.
  • Maintain professional appearance and workstations.
  • Have or obtain Class B Card Room Employee license from Washington State Gambling Commission.
