Job description

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Keep all records of approved requisitions.
  • Monitor all inventory by recording, filing, and utilizing Crunchtime.
  • Budget by keeping records daily identifying how much was spent in each of the accounts.
  • Double check invoices for back orders, correct items & correct pricing.
  • Check all received shipments for condition and correct amounts.
  • To assist in providing timely and accurate receiving, and distribution of food, alcohol and non-food products for the Lodge and Gardens.
  • Control inventory levels, maintain par stocks, and keeping the storerooms clean and secure.
  • Assist with Crunchtime Recipes, Simphony POS Keys/Recipes, and general F&B Systems support.
  • Ability to accurately input and upkeep data for inventory tracking and recipe creation in Crunchtime inventory software.
  • Programming and set up of Simphony POS sales keys and other F&B systems.
  • In addition, you may be called upon to assist in other areas.

Education and Experience:

  • High School diploma required, College Degree preferred.
  • Systems analyst, receiving operations, food and beverage inventory management preferred.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays as needed.
