ASI is seeking an experienced aircraft maintenance manager with excellent working knowledge of aircraft logs and records to serve as a Product Implementation Specialist. This position will be located in Jacksonville for one to two months of training followed by one year, with the potential to extend, onsite in Saudi Arabia providing customer support.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as on-site, customer support representative to facilitate customerโ€™s successful integration of software solution into daily business processes
  • Provide daily management and oversight of assigned client implementation projects. Lead/facilitate meetings with internal team and client stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Product Implementation Team Manager and liaise with customer to ensure clarity and mutual agreement of project scope
  • Utilize Project Implementation processes and tools throughout customer implementation lifecycle. Recommend process/tool enhancements
  • Facilitate timely decisions to maintain project schedule and budget
  • Establish professional working relationships with clients with primary focus on key stakeholders and decision makers
  • Set and manage client expectations through project work plans and effective communication
  • Ensure relevant training is provided to customer
  • Share information/feedback from customer engagements with Product Implementation Team Manager pursuant to product enhancement and refinement of product vision and development strategy
  • Participate in product development meetings to comprehend new functionalities and provide report on customer feedback and enhancements
  • Maintain expert knowledge of assigned products and the ability to articulate value-add features to customer

Required Qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience in related area as an individual contributor
  • 1+ year of experience managing team member assignments
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree
    • Additional 5 years of project management experience and/or customer support experience may be substituted for degree
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Masterโ€™s degree
  • Experience working with/implementing enterprise asset management systems
