IT Support Engineer
Location: Nashville, TN (Hybrid)
Employment Type: Direct Hire or Contract-to-Hire
We are a growing Managed Service Provider supporting clients across multiple industries and are seeking an IT Support Engineer who enjoys hands-on technical work, direct client interaction, and the fast pace of an MSP environment.
What You'll Do
  • Provide technical support across multiple client environments, both remotely and onsite
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, endpoint, and connectivity issues
  • Act as a client-facing technical resource with clear, professional communication
  • Accurately document work and manage tickets using MSP best practices
  • Assist with deployments, upgrades, and IT projects as needed

What We're Looking For
  • Strong foundational IT support experience, including desktop and endpoint support
  • Comfort working directly with clients and managing priorities across environments
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems and common business applications
  • Organized, accountable, and eager to learn
  • Prior MSP or client-facing IT experience preferred
