  • Maintain employee records and HR databases while ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.

  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

  • Support employee engagement, recognition, and wellness initiatives.

  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and workplace procedures.

  • Coordinate performance review cycles and assist managers with performance management processes.

  • Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws, labor regulations, and company policies.

  • Prepare employment letters, contracts, HR reports, and other personnel documentation.

  • Support training and professional development initiatives.

  • Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning and organizational development.
