Summary
Western Golf Properties, LLC is looking for a Payroll & Human Resources Assistant to join our corporate team. The person in this position will be report to the National Director of Human Resources and Payroll. You will be responsible for maintaining employee records through Paylocity, the company's web-based HR & Payroll platform, as well as overseeing the completion of official required documents.
Western Golf Properties is an expanding company with exciting opportunities for professional growth and development. Western Golf Properties currently manages 13 golf course properties nationwide among other entities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Handle onboarding and I-9 verification
  • Process unemployment claim requests and audits.
  • Run required reports as required and complete special projects as assigned.
  • Providing overall support to the HR department and Safety and Compliance department.
  • Provide service to internal clients, corporate departments and regional property leadership.
  • Position will require physical participation in meetings at Corporate office.

Requirements
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in progress or comparable experience.
  • HR / Payroll / Administrative experience preferred.
  • Experience with Web-based HR & Payroll platforms.

Requirements
  • Knowledge of payroll and human resource processes.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Intermediate skills in Excel
  • Able to travel to Golf Clubs in CA and NV for meetings, training and conferences.
  • Must posses the ability to serve internal and external customers in a positive and professional manner.
  • Detail and accuracy-oriented, well organized.
  • Self-starter, results driven.
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet critical deadlines.
  • Ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information.
