HUMAN RESOURCES/PAYROLL MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Quickly learn company's working structure, culture, policies and strategies.
  • Partner with other functional areas to accomplish objectives.
  • Read, interpret, analyze and apply information
  • Organize, manage, and track multiple detailed tasks and assignments with frequently changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing at all levels of the organization.
  • Work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
  • Articulate reasoning behind actions to Director and other management personnel.
  • Provide a high level of customer service and drive customer service orientation to staff.

HUMAN RESOURCE/PAYROLL MANAGER QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1 + Year Human Resources Experience REQUIRED
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, discretion, and diplomacy.
  • Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Update records of new staff.
  • Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
  • Compile, organize and maintain documents that tracks all benefits, renewal dates, contacts, and other relevant information.
  • Ensure terminated employees are removed from CHRC timely.
  • Filing in a timely manner

  • Proficient with the IPS payroll system
