About PERSUIT
PERSUIT is the system of intelligence for external legal spend. Five connected workflows, one AI layer, and ten years of pricing data underneath all of it. We work with General Counsels and their teams through PERSUIT and Persi by PERSUIT.
The role
Own the day-to-day administration and operational health of PERSUIT's HubSpot instance. You'll be the dedicated specialist Sales, Marketing, CS, and the broader GTM motion rely on for clean data, well-built campaigns and sequences, dependable reporting, and reliable system maintenance. Reports to the Director of RevOps, with close partnership on broader GTM systems work.
What you'll do
  • Own day-to-day administration and configuration of HubSpot across Sales, Marketing, Service, and Operations Hubs: users, permissions, custom objects, properties, pipelines, lifecycle stages, and lead routing.
  • Build, maintain, and optimize sales sequences, marketing campaigns, lead nurture programs, and automated workflows in partnership with Sales and Marketing.
  • Own data hygiene: deduplication, validation, list and segment management, and ongoing maintenance of clean records across contacts, companies, deals, and tickets.
  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards across Sales, Marketing, and CS, including pipeline reporting, campaign attribution, and rep performance.
  • Manage integrations between HubSpot and the broader GTM stack (enrichment, calendaring, dialer and sequencing, product data sources), and partner with RevOps on system-level builds.

A true ownership role: sole HubSpot specialist on a lean, ambitious team, working directly with the Director of RevOps on PERSUIT's broader GTM build-out. High impact, high autonomy, and clear runway as we scale.
While we have a strong preference for candidates based in the New York / New Jersey metropolitan area, we are also open to exceptional candidates residing in the Eastern Time Zone.
Candidates must have current, valid work authorization in the country where the role is based. Unfortunately, we are not able to provide sponsorship for visas or work permits at this time.
The base salary range for this role is $100,000 - $115,000.
Requirements
What you bring
  • 3+ years of hands-on HubSpot administration in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • HubSpot Administrator certification or equivalent demonstrable depth.
  • Proven experience building sales sequences, marketing automation workflows, and campaign attribution.
  • Strong data hygiene practices and experience managing lists and segments at scale.
  • Working knowledge of common GTM stack integrations.
  • Self-directed mindset and pride in clean, well-instrumented systems.

Nice to have
  • Additional HubSpot certifications (Marketing Software, Reporting, Operations Hub).
  • Experience in legal tech, fintech, or professional-services SaaS.
  • Exposure to Operations Hub data sync, custom code actions, or webhooks.
  • Familiarity with AI tooling in a GTM context (Breeze, ChatSpot).
