ABOUT US:

Optidge is a home-grown remote-first digital marketing agency supporting small and medium businesses with SEO, paid media, and Hubspot services. We’re a team of ~40 spread through the US and internationally, aligning to values of Mentorship, Stewardship, Excellence, and Communication.


THE ROLE:

The Hubspot Implementation Specialist will report into the CEO, supporting the growth of a new business line centered around Hubspot and CRM buildouts for clients.

This role is perfect for someone who has a deep understanding of the Hubspot platform, especially customizations and ground floor buildouts.


We have scoped this role to work 10-15 hours per week on a blend of internal and external projects. Our budget for this role starts at $35 per hour and scales based on experience.


Day To Day and Year 1:

  • Client Projects: Working on Hubspot setup and implementation projects, assessing client needs and scoping projects, CRM migration management
  • Future Scaling: Partner with our CEO to strategize and expand on growing client needs, building out a repeatable offering for CRM implementation
  • Sales Support: Participating in sales calls as needed to assess client needs and project lift, and surfacing opportunities to Paid Media team or leadership

Within 3 months you’ll…

  • Have completed onboarding, understand our client operations, and begun work on your first project.
  • Start working on the more straightforward CRM buildouts for our Tier 2 and 3 clients

By 6 months you’ll…

  • Fully own all tiers of client implementations, including customizations
  • Be participating and starting to lead sales conversations for clients who need CRM support
  • Start identifying areas of opportunity for us to pitch and sell our CRM services with our CEO and leadership

At 12+ months you’ll…

  • Have created and implemented strategy updates with our CEO and leadership to expand Hubspot capabilities and our offerings
  • Fully own all CRM-related sales conversations, acting as our client-facing expert
Requirements:

Your Experience

To be successful in this role, you should have accomplished the below and be confident in owning each area on our team:

  1. Understand Hubspot functionality to a deep level, like custom objects and how they work
  2. Have set up a google ads or meta ad campaign that flows in and out of Hubspot
  3. Worked directly with both clients and internal teams on CRM (ideally Hubspot) integrations
  4. Owned data migrations from other CRM systems (even unstructured data) into Hubspot
