Job description

Description
At Xe, we live currencies. We provide a comprehensive range of currency services and products, including our Currency Converter, Market Analysis, Currency Data API and quick, easy, secure Money Transfers for individuals and businesses. We leverage technology to deliver these services through our website, mobile app and by phone. Last year, we helped over 300 million people access information about the currencies that matter to them and over 225,000 people used us to send money overseas.
ABOUT THIS ROLE
The RevOps Systems Manager owns HubSpot end-to-end as the system of record for Xe's Sales organization, along with the integrations that connect it to the broader Revenue tech stack. Your mandate is to transform HubSpot and the adjacent tools from simple CRM into a high-performance operating system that drives reliable reporting and seamless global GTM motions.
OUR PRINCIPLES
  • AMBITION - We dream big, try things out and always ask "why not?" and "what if?" We're ambitious in our thinking and our delivery
  • RESPONSIBILITY - We get involved, bring our perspective, and are always open to new ideas. We take personal responsibility
  • COMMUNITY - We value a sense of belonging, trusting each other and encouraging authenticity. We contribute to our community

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • System Architecture & Stakeholder Management
    • Serve as the primary architect for HubSpot configuration, aligning the platform with Xe's end-to-end customer journey
    • Partner across Sales, Marketing, and Compliance to gather requirements and translate commercial needs into technical system design.
    • Establish data standards and own the "Global Data Dictionary." You are the gatekeeper who says "no" to fluffy requests that compromise system integrity or scalability.
    • Develop and execute a roadmap for the revenue tech stack, ensuring the infrastructure anticipates the needs of a multi-region, high-volume sales organization.

    Hands-on Building & Technical Integrity
    • Own the configuration of Custom Objects, Advanced Workflows, and Operations Hub. While you may manage external contractors for heavy lifting, you remain the final technical authority and auditor of all builds.
    • Lead the technical integration between HubSpot and the broader stack (e.g., ZoomInfo, TalkDesk, Data Warehouse, BI tools). You define the "data contracts" - source of truth, sync direction, and conflict resolution.
    • Build and maintain sophisticated automation, including lead routing, lifecycle motions, scoring, and revenue attribution, using advanced HubSpot features and AI-driven logic where appropriate.
    • Act as the Tier-3 support for the stack. When a sync breaks or data drifts, you have the hands-on proficiency to diagnose the issue at the API or workflow level and fix it.

    Adoption & Performance
    • Direct partnership with team leads to monitor system adoption. You don't just "encourage" usage; you build the reporting that proves the system is working.
    • Own the HubSpot Sandbox and the release cycle. You ensure that every update is documented, tested, and enabled through clear materials for the end-users.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
  • Required:
    • 4+ years HubSpot administration: Expert-level command of Operations Hub, Custom Objects, and sophisticated workflow logic.
    • Systems thinking: Proven experience designing and scaling CRM architecture for B2B sales organizations (50+ users) in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strategic communicator: Ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes and explain technical constraints in business terms.
    • The "Builder" DNA: Proficiency with APIs, webhooks, and the ability to read/audit custom code (JavaScript) within HubSpot.
    • High ownership: You thrive on owning the blueprints and the engine. You are as comfortable in a strategy deck as you are in an integration log.

    Preferred:
    • Experience managing CRM architecture across multi-region environments in a fast-pace Fintech or SaaS company.
    • Experience managing external RevOps contractors or agencies to deliver technical projects.
    • Ability to use data to drive resource allocation and system improvements.

PERKS & BENEFITS
  • Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance
  • 401K Plan with Match
  • Employee Stock Purchase Plan
  • Paid Vacation / Sick Leave
  • Hybrid Work Schedule
  • Tuition Assistance
  • Growth Opportunities
  • Corporate gatherings, team bonding events, and much more!
  • Plumm Mental Health and Wellbeing
  • Volunteering day for a charity of your choice
