About the Role
Spring Education Group is seeking an HRIS & Analytics Manager to serve as the primary technical owner and data lead for our HR systems, supporting a multi-state workforce. Based in our West Chester, PA office in a hybrid capacity, this role is responsible for ensuring our Dayforce environment is optimized, scalable, and aligned with organizational needs.
This is a dual-impact role combining HRIS administration and workforce analytics. You will lead back-end system configuration, enhancements, and process optimization while also translating complex data into meaningful insights for leadership. The ideal candidate brings deep Dayforce expertise, a strong analytical mindset, and a commitment to data integrity, using reporting and storytelling to drive informed decision-making across the organization.
**This is a hybrid position requiring three days per week in the office and two days remote**
Key Responsibilities
HRIS Administration & Optimization
  • Serve as the subject matter expert and system owner for Dayforce, overseeing system performance, upgrades, testing, and enhancements
  • Configure and maintain HR processes, workflows, and policies within Dayforce to ensure alignment with company standards
  • Troubleshoot complex system issues, identify root causes, and recommend scalable solutions
  • Manage vendor relationships for systems integrated with Dayforce and coordinate system-related initiatives
  • Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, workflows, and user guides

Reporting, Auditing & Analytics
  • Establish and execute regular audits to ensure data accuracy, compliance, and system integrity
  • Develop and deliver ad-hoc and recurring reports for business leaders, translating data into clear, actionable insights
  • Analyze workforce data to identify trends in headcount, turnover, and performance
  • Partner with leadership to develop metrics that support operational and strategic decision-making
  • Present data in a structured, compelling manner that explains both findings and underlying drivers

Collaboration & Support
  • Partner with HR leadership and cross-functional teams to identify and implement system enhancements
  • Provide end-user support and training to HR team members and managers to maximize system utilization
  • Handle sensitive employee data with the highest level of confidentiality and discretion

What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • 5-10 years of experience in an HRIS Analyst, HRIS Manager, or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with Dayforce (Ceridian) required
  • Strong understanding of HR systems, data structures, and reporting
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and data analysis)
  • Strong knowledge of multi-state HR policies and compliance requirements

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting multi-location or enterprise organizations
  • Familiarity with XML or system configuration logic
  • Experience with HR reporting tools or workforce analytics platforms
