Title: HRIS Implementation Manager
Location: Dallas TX 75226 or Chicago, IL 60607
Duration: 3 Months

Pay Rate: $30-$36/hr
Supporting a major Workday implementation or a ServiceNow HRSD rollout
Top 3 responsibilities
Manage End-to-End SOP Ownership & Governance Own the development of Day-to-Day operational SOPs across all
People Ops domains (Core HR, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Recruitment, Payroll). Drive creation of Draft 2 SOPs with full E2E detail by end of February.
Training will be provided but EXT will need to hit the ground running with little hand holding
Manage SOP approvals and signoffs ahead of Service Rehearsals and go-live.
Maintain a centralized SOP tracker capturing status, reviewers, approvals, and update timelines.
Drive Testing Alignment & Process Integrity, Ensure all documentation, training, and SOP deliverables maintain high quality and reflect Client's People Ops operating model vision.
Facilitate cross-functional review cycles with COEs and process owners to identify and close gaps.
