ROLE SUMMARY:
Are you looking for a rewarding HR career in a fast paced environment? Then this opportunity is for you! Our People Function is responsible for partnering with the business to help solve complex organizational challenges, while ensuring we have the right people in the right function, helping us drive results and grow our business. We are currently seeking an entry-level People (HR) Supervisor for our Supply organization.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Partner with PBPs and business leaders to align People inititaves with organizational goals
  • Support and execute a variety of People initiatives including engagement, talent management, rewards cycle, turnover reduction efforts, and more
  • Support campus recruitment, trainee and development programs
  • Analyze people data and generate actionable insights to support business decision-making
  • Identify opportunities and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy and employee experience
  • Provide guidance on routine employee inquiries and self-service tools; escalate complex issues to PBPs or COEs
  • Manage & maintain Master Data changes and management, including manager changes, cost center updates, titles, promotions, and salary changes
  • Process Workday transactions and IT onboarding

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 1-2 years' experience in HR function.
  • Regardless of the field, if you're the right fit for our culture, we'll take you as you are. And even though a background in business, human resources, or labor relations, would definitely help, we're also open to philosophy, psychology, or even quantum mechanics majors.
