Alamance Health & Rehabilitation Center in Burlington, NC is seeking qualified individuals to join our growing team as LPN...both day and night shift (12 hours shifts either 7a-7p or 7p-7a) & Supervisor Positions with several openings.

As the LPN nurse, you are at the forefront of our ability to provide Care Beyond Compare with the exceptional hands-on care you deliver.

As a member of the nursing team, you will collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure that we are delivering the highest quality of care to our residents; helping them regain and maintain their optimal level of independence through the compassionate care and support you provide. What you'll do:

Provide exceptional nursing care to each resident/patient.

Supervise, coordinate, and direct the work of nursing assistants (CNAs).

Work with the interdisciplinary team to develop and carry out individualized plans of care.

Take ownership of the clinical product provided and ensure delivery of exceptional customer service.

What you need:

Active Licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in North Carolina.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Highly organized and detail oriented.

Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
