Job description
This Director of Finance will serve as a key resource for the CFO and regional leaders in, budgeting, variance analysis, forecasting, monthly operations reports (MOR), GL analysis (journal entry review/mapping errors), and coordinating with field leaders for variance explanations and ad hoc reporting. We are seeking finance leaders with the following: 5+ years of proven finance and accoutning experience, with 2+ years in a hospital or physician care environment Bachelor's degree in finance, or similar Strong expertise in Excel (Pivots, LOOKUPS, queries) Readily available and able to commit to 3+ months Our consultants have access to our benefits and 401K options, as well as our extensive network of resources, including professional development, holiday and bonus opportunities, and more. *This is an interim/contract position, yielding 40 hours/week.
