Description
We are seeking a House Manager to work with foster children between the ages of 3-18 in one of our group homes located in Glendale, Peoria, Surprise, Phoenix, and Avondale.
Working Hours:
Mon-Fri: 6:00am-4:30pm
Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a safe, productive, pleasant, and joyful environment for children living within SRH group homes.
  • Implement, monitor, and document the daily schedule, interactions, and positive behavioral management techniques.
  • Facilitate therapeutic, recreational, and social skills.
  • Manage and supervise staff and resources.
  • Adhere to agency standards of practice for clients, staff, and the public.

Salary:
55K-60K per year

Requirements
REQUIREMENTS BELOW WILL BE VERIFIED. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU CAN NOT MEET THE CRITERIA BELOW:
  • Must have at least one year of prior experience as a House Manager, or two years of experience working in a group home or supervising children in a residential or similar setting.
  • Must have at least six months paid childcare experience and at least 3 1/2 years of any combination of the following:
  • 1. Paid child care or related experience; or 2. Post-high school education in social work or a related field.
  • Must be 21 or older
  • Must have a VALID AZ driver license with CLEAN 5 Year driving record
  • Must have a level 1 Fingerprint Clearance card or be eligible to obtain one
  • Must have personal vehicle and proof of auto insurance
