Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with clients to assess their change management needs and develop tailored strategies.
• Conduct change impact assessments to identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Create comprehensive change management plans, including communication strategies, training programs, and stakeholder engagement plans.
• Provide guidance and support to project teams and leaders in implementing change initiatives.
• Develop and deliver effective change management workshops and training sessions.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management efforts and make recommendations for improvement.
• Support the development and implementation of organizational change management frameworks and methodologies.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in change management.
• Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold the firm's respectful and courteous work environment.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in business administration, organizational psychology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Change Management Consultant or in a similar role.
• Change management certification (for example, Prosci, ACMP) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in facilitating workshops and delivering training sessions.
