Position Summary
To provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, focusing on health promotion, disease prevention, and management of acute and chronic conditions. The Family APRN will work collaboratively within a healthcare team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.

Job Functions/Responsibilities:
  • Obtain comprehensive medical histories and conduct physical examinations.
  • Diagnose and treat common illnesses and injuries.
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests (e.g., lab work, imaging studies).
  • Prescribe medications and other treatments as needed.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Counsel patients on preventive health measures, such as vaccinations and healthy lifestyle choices.
  • Provide education to patients and their families regarding their medical conditions and treatment plans.
  • Make referrals to specialists and other healthcare providers as appropriate.
