Job description

As a Service Advisor, you're the face of the location. You'll greet guests, understand what their vehicle needs,walk them through their options, and make sure they leave confident and cared for. Think of it like front-of-house, but for cars.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

Welcome guests and deliver an exceptional service experience from start to finish

Listen to guests' needs and accurately capture the services their vehicle requires

Explain options clearly and offer tailored recommendations, no pressure, just honest advice

Keep guests updated throughout the service so there are zero surprises

Share manufacturer recommendations and product knowledge to help guests make informed decisions

Perform Jiffy Lube's Signature Service oil change and other preventive maintenance services


What We're Looking For:

  • At least 1 year of customer-facing experience in hospitality, retail, automotive, or any service environment where people skills came first. If you've survived a Saturday brunch rush or a sold-out hotel weekend, you can absolutely handle us.
  • Prior automotive experience is a plus but not required. We have world-class training through Jiffy Lube University to get you fully up to speed.
