Hotel Superintendent

Job Title: Superintendent / Senior Superintendentย 
Job Location: Columbia, SC
Salary: $120k-$130k
Requirements: Experience as Construction Superintendent + experience on projects on hotel (or related) projects
This is a full time / permanent position with a 200-person General Contractor in Columbia, SC. ย 
They are heavily focused in projects related to Hotels / Hospitality or Multifamily.ย They are well established with consistent work and a strong backlog of projects.ย Due to growth, they are currently hiring for multiple Superintendents.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Provide field oversight on projects from start to finish
  • Develop and manage the project scheduleย 
  • Manage subcontractors and all members of jobsite
  • Monitor Construction progress
  • Manage the team in evaluating project scope, site logistics, ensuring safety standards are met, etc

What You Need for this Position

  • 6+ Years as a superintendentย 
  • Experience at General Contractorsย 
  • Hotel / Hospitality or Multifamily projects ย 
  • Experience scheduling, field supervision, quality control, and production of all phases of construction
