Breakfast Cook

As a Breakfast Cook, you’ll prepare and cook a variety of made-to-order meals in a fast-paced, café-style environment. You’ll follow recipes, maintain food safety standards, and ensure every dish is served fresh and accurately. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in quality, consistency, and creating a great guest experience through delicious food.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will be the culinary talent behind our hotel's bistro, creating delicious and fresh meals that delight our guests.
  • Your daily tasks will include preparing menu items, ensuring food safety and quality standards, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.
  • You will report to the Bistro Supervisor or Kitchen Manager.
  • A career as a bistro cook can lead to opportunities as a sous chef, chef de cuisine, or even executive chef within the hospitality industry.
