The Prep Chef is responsible for preparing ingredients, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and supporting cooks and chefs to ensure efficient food service operations. The ideal candidate is organized, works well in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to food quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare ingredients by washing, chopping, slicing, and measuring food items.
  • Follow recipes and preparation guidelines accurately.
  • Assist with portioning and labeling food products.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area.
  • Stock and replenish kitchen supplies and ingredients.
  • Assist line cooks and chefs during food preparation and service.
  • Properly store food and monitor inventory levels.
