Job description

Hospitality Manager — Smyrna, GA

We are searching for a service-first leader to manage the front-of-house experience at a well-established, guest-focused restaurant and market concept in Smyrna. This is a hands-on environment with a strong coffee and breakfast program, an active catering operation, and a team culture built around clean food and genuine hospitality. This is not a GM role — it's a floor leader who owns the guest experience, develops the team, and holds the standard on every shift.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead daily front-of-house operations and maintain a high standard of hospitality at all times
  • Table touch every guest experience — identify issues early and make it right before they leave
  • Recruit, hire, train, and develop all FOH team members
  • Manage coffee, wine, and beer ordering, inventory, and cost controls
  • Participate in the planning, organization, and execution of catering and in-house events
  • Drive sales and profit growth in line with budgeted expectations
  • Execute all company service standards, policies, and procedures with consistency
  • Lead by example — demonstrate the values and guiding principles of the business every shift

Preferences

  • 3+ years of restaurant management experience, front-of-house focused
  • Coffee and breakfast program experience strongly preferred
  • Catering or event involvement a plus
  • Proven ability to build sales, drive guest satisfaction, and develop strong teams
  • Track record of attracting, hiring, and retaining quality people
  • Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-moving hospitality environment
  • Genuine passion for food, guest experience, and building a culture people want to be a part of
  • Potential to grow into a higher management position over time

Are you a hospitality leader who can lead a team who's proud to serve their neighborhood? If that's you, let's connect.
