Job Description
Location: This position is full remote ideally based in either Arizona or Georgia.
At this time we are not able to consider international candidates requiring Visa sponsorship.
Day in the Life: On a given week, you might coordinate a hotel HVAC replacement in Charlotte, perform a Inspection of a guest room renovation in Phoenix, and track CapEx budgets across multiple properties.
  • This is not an IT or software project management role. This position leads hotel engineering, facilities, and maintenance-related capital projects across our portfolio.
  • You will work closely with property engineering teams on renovations, equipment upgrades, and building systems, not software implementations.

What You Will Do:
  • Lead facilities and maintenance-related projects including renovations, equipment replacements, and building system upgrades (HVAC, electrical, plumbing)
  • Plan, schedule, conduct, and oversee engineering work to ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and accepted engineering practices
  • Facilitate effective communication and coordination across all disciplines and project stakeholders
  • Ensure projects meet building codes, safety regulations, and hospitality brand standards
  • Monitor project progress, quality, and adherence to established standards
  • Oversee project financials, including accurate invoicing and receivables tracking
  • Partner with hotel engineering teams and vendors to execute on-site projects

What We Are Looking For:
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience managing facilities, construction, or maintenance-related projects (hotels, commercial buildings, or similar environments)
  • Hands-on knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) strongly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of engineering principles, codes, and industry standards
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical preferred)
  • Hospitality industry experience is a plus
