Peachtree operates, develops, and invests in premium-branded, select and limited-service, and extended-stay hotel assets under Marriott, Starwood, Hilton, Hyatt, Choice, and IHG flags.The VP of Underwriting will play a critical leadership role in evaluating, structuring, and underwriting commercial real estate debt and equity investments, with a primary focus on hospitality assets and other income-producing properties. Responsibilities include leading the underwriting team, performing credit analysis on all types of CRE investments, interacting with borrower-sponsors and brokers, overseeing real estate and legal due diligence, preparing term sheets and credit memos for credit committees, and monitoring asset performance.Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Real Estate, or Business Administration, and a minimum of seven years of experience in real estate investing, investment banking, or capital markets.
