Division 8 Project Manager - Hospitality/Hotel Construction
  • Location: Marietta, GA
  • Reports To: VP of Operations, Door and Hardware
  • Job Type: Full-Time

A great Project Manager is the difference between a smooth hotel opening and a costly delay. Reporting to the VP of Operations, Door & Hardware Division, you'll own the full lifecycle of door, frame, hardware, and electronic access control projects for hotel and hospitality construction nationwide. From purchase order detailing to punch out, you're the single point of accountability your clients can count on. If you thrive on technical problem-solving, client relationships, and keeping complex projects on track, this role was built for you.

Schedule & Location
  • Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
  • Flex hours & limited WFH after initial training

What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years of commercial door, frame & hardware Project Management experience, ideally in hospitality/hotel construction
  • Hands-on experience with Acumatica ERP software
  • Experience using Procore for project documentation and coordination (preferred)
  • Working knowledge of electronic card locks and access control systems
  • Strong technical acumen - you can read specs, solve problems, and speak the language
  • Clear, professional communicator - with clients, vendors, and internal teams
  • Familiarity with brand PIP requirements and hospitality construction sequencing a plus
  • Organized self-starter comfortable managing multiple active projects simultaneously
What You'll Own
  • Manage door, frame, hardware, and card lock projects from award through punch out
  • Own client communication with hotel developers, architects, and general contractors
  • Detail and issue purchase orders to vendors; negotiate pricing and lead times
  • Design and execute access control solutions, including electronic hotel card lock systems
  • Coordinate shipping schedules to align with construction timelines on active job sites
  • Track budgets, change orders, and project profitability in Acumatica
  • Maintain project documentation, RFIs, and field logs in Procore
  • Conduct site visits for field verification, installation coordination, and punch out
  • Manage installation crews and subcontractors to ensure quality and schedule compliance
  • Partner with accounting to ensure accurate and timely monthly project billing
  • Escalate project risks early and drive resolution before they impact the client
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships that drive retention and repeat business
